We are proud to offer affordable housing in manufactured housing communities located throughout northern Michigan.

Our parks are family owned and operated and are located in Grayling, Gladwin, West Branch, and Oscoda. These are great northern Michigan communities to raise a family, retire, or vacation. Whether your interests include hunting, hiking, canoeing, biking, fishing, or lake living, we have a park that you can call home. *All applications are subject to approval, and a current photo of the unit is required. Units entering our parks must be less than ten years old, in addition to other criteria.*

All Parks currently have the LOW Lot Rent of $230 per month!

Lot rent includes water, sewer, garbage pickup, snow plowing, and lawn maintenance!
